In-Person Men's Group

The Men's Circle

Every other Thursday evening, a small group of men meet in Shoeburyness and tell each other the truth. Not a lecture. Not a networking group. A place to say what you're actually carrying, be heard by other men doing the same work, and be held accountable to it.

Who this is for

You might recognise yourself here.

What this isn't

Straight talk before you go further.

This isn't group therapy in a clinical sense, and it isn't a one-off men's event you show up to once and never see again. It's an ongoing group — the same men, back every fortnight, actually building something together.

It's also not a substitute for 1:1 work if what you need is depth on your own specific situation. Some men do both. The circle is where you're held by other men doing this alongside you, not just by me.

We meet in person, not over video. There's something different about sitting across from other men in the same room, rather than a screen.

Each session gives you space to say what you're actually carrying, without being judged or fixed. You'll hear other men being honest about pressures, patterns and fears you thought were just yours.

We also use practices — including breathwork — to help you get out of your head and into your body, not just talk about the problem.

A few times a year, the group goes further together on a weekend retreat.

My role

I'm in the room too, not running it from a distance.

I'm not there to lecture or perform expertise. My job is to hold the space, keep it honest, and make sure the group stays a place where men can actually say what's true — not just what sounds good.

I'm doing my own version of this work as well. I'm not asking you to do anything I'm not also doing.

What men say

Room for a few more men.

There's space in the group right now for a few more men who are ready to stop carrying it alone. The first call is just a conversation — no pressure, no obligation.

If you're not ready to book a call but want to ask something about the group before you do, put it here. I read these myself.

Room for a few more men. A straightforward call — no pressure.
