Wild Man Wisdom
23rd February 2025 Day Long Retreat Bedfordshire
On this day long Retreat you will join fellow men as they embark on a journey inwards by going outside. For too long we have contained ourselves to box rooms, attempting to heal and grow whilst missing key elements; nature, reflection, a vision for the future, connection to self, and other men.
Our aim is to show you how to fill those needs all whilst in the grounding woodland that we should call home. We’ve been disconnected and unregulated for far too long. Now is the time to take action and remove the limiting beliefs that have held us back.
Sam and Myself will be combining our knowledge and wisdom on mindfulness, forest bathing, archetypal works, bushcraft, woodcraft and coaching to take you out into the woodland for a day long deep dive.
From this we intend for you to come away feeling lighter, releasing heaviness that you have been carrying, physically/ emotionally. To have an understanding of the change that needs to be created for your future and a knowing of what action needs to be taken to get you to where you want to be, all whilst connecting back to our sacred roots as men in the land, creating and connecting.
Why we are creating this space?
Men have been disconnected and detached from themselves, from who they are, how they want to show up and contribute, how they want to feel, act, and create. Through our own individual journeys sam and I have been on a path of self exploration and diving inwards only to see beauty being created outwardly in our own lives. by taking action and not settling for the life we had been presented with we individually and now together are creating a space for men, community, brotherhood, connection and growth.
If you are feeling called to embody the wisdom of the wild man, to move back into your roots and feel the deep sense of support and connection Mother Nature has to offer this is a must.
We will be showing you tools and techniques to move through uncertainty and embody your King, creating a vision for your future and the belief systems that are needed to support this new vision.
